Renovation of a mixed-use development in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of several phases of interior renovations of approximately 9 work areas at Buncombe County Schools Central Office. The renovations range from cosmetic finish renovations to complete interior upfits. Project phasing will be dependent on available funding and will be installed during normal work hours. Historically Underutilized Businesses are encouraged. RYSE Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Buncombe County Schools and is soliciting trade partners to enlist in a prequalification process for turnkey bid packages.
