Renovation of a mixed-use development in Asheville, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Contractor shall provide all construction drawings, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to provide and install a new roof fall prevention guardrail/handrail system. Successful bidder will provide an on-site superintendent who carries an OSHA 30-hour card. This supervisor must be on the jobsite whenever work is being performed, without exception. An on-site viewing of the jobsite is recommended to assess the jobsite conditions prior to placing bids.
