Site work and renovation of a stadium in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The Recreation and Parks Department is accepting bids for the Guy Smith Stadium Interior Upgrades Painting. A mandatory Pre-bid meeting & site visit to be held on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Guy Smith Stadium at 1000 Moye Blvd, Greenville, NC. Questions about this proposal should be directed to Mike Watson, Parks Coordinator via email: mwatson@greenvillenc.gov. Clarifications & Requirements: 1. Acknowledgement of all addenda received must be noted on the attached revised bid submittal form. Any and all addenda shall become part of the specifications and the bid package for this project. 2. On page 7, Attachment A, remove the bid submittal form and replace with the attached revised bid form. Contractor must submit their bids on the revised bid form. 3. Attached to the email, in PDF format, is a copy of the floor plan from an existing set of plans that can be used for reference. Contractor should verify all measurements. Bids are due Thursday, August 31, 2023 via email to mwatson@greenvillenc.gov or mailed to the Jaycee Park Administration Building, 2000 Cedar Lane, Greenville, NC. Bids will be accepted up to 2:00 PM. There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be opened by staff and a bid tabulation sheet will be available upon request once the contract is awarded to the successful bidder.
