Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

All Requests for Information (RFIs) are due by: 2:30 PM on Sept. 18, 2023, RFIs received after the due date and time will not be processed. Contract includes but is not limited to: remove and replace existing transformer at Maintenance area, provide new transformer at parking lot, provide electric vehicle charging stations, pole mounted fixtures at parking lot, electric panelboard at parking lot, security cameras and poles at parking lot, sleeves for all concrete penetrations and all associated installation and testing as listed in the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. The following goals for MWBE participation on this project have been established at General Construction Contract: Minority-owned 18% and Woman-owned 12% Electrical Contract: Minority-owned 12% and Woman-owned 9% The following goals for SDVOB participation on this project have been established at: 4% for both General Construction and Electric Contract term: 580 days after OSC approval. The completion date for this project is 580 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Anticipated notice to proceed: Dec. 27, 2023 All tree clearing completed by March 31, 2024 East and West diving piers and picnic area improvements by June 28, 2024 Boardwalk connection and beach gateway by Aug. 30, 2024 Lake outlet control structure and electric upgrades at maintenance complex, underground electric by Dec. 1, 2024 Parking improvements and gateways with project substantial completion by June 13, 2025 Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). Please see Article 14.10 in the General Conditions for the Schedule of Liquidated Damages per day. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
