The purpose of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is to create a Roster List of Bidders for Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) that may be invited to Bid on a future Bid Request for construction of public realm landscape and infrastructure at Jim Tovey Lakeview Conservation Area (JTLCA). The work will involve the construction of paved trails, rest areas and landscaping, two pedestrian bridges, a boardwalk & viewing platform, barge access interventions, entrance drum public art features, and a teaching amphitheatre. Stage II invitational tender timeline to the prequalified firms has yet to be released.
