As of 10/5/23, per Owner, project has been cancelled, no plans for immediate re-bid. The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide custodial services to various Lee County Facilities located in the downtown Ft. Myers area. The facilities include eighteen (18) buildings totaling approximately 509,666 square feet, and three (3) employee garages totaling approximately 403,035 square feet. Darvis Napier dnapier@LeeGov.com. Prospective proposers are encouraged to attend. All prospective proposers are encouraged to obtain and review plans, specifications, and scope of work for this proposal before the preproposal so that they may be prepared to discuss any question or concerns they have concerning this project. A site visit may follow the pre-proposal conference Solicitation has been cancelled.
