Question Deadline 09/05/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The City of Fort Myers is seeking a qualified and responsible architectural/engineering design firms for design and specification development for several structures at Centennial Park that were damaged by Hurricane Ian. Structures include the maintenance and restroom building, the open pavilion and the handrail along the waterfront. Services needed by the City include design and specification development to allow for the restoration of the structures to pre-storm condition and permitting of appropriate plans with the applicable agencies. Damage to the structures includes but is not limited to structural and electrical damage, cosmetic damage, ADA compliant handrail. The City invites licensed and qualified architectural/engineering design firms to submit a statement of qualifications to perform architectural and/or engineering design services, bid evaluation, construction administration, permitting, and other necessary work required to repair damage on the listed structures.
