**As of December 01, 2023, project was awarded to Idaho Materials Construction awarded amount is $122,237.50.** Invitation to Bid Twin Falls County West ADA Parking Upgrades Twin Falls County is seeking bids from qualified, licensed contractors for the demolition and reconstruction of a parking area to enhance ADA accessibility and safety. The parking area is located on the Southeast side of County West. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with drawings prepared by Civil Science. The drawings are titled Twin Falls County West Building Planning and Zoning Entrance . The drawings are numbered GN, C-1, C-2 and C-3. Documents are available in digital format. Due to activities that occur at County West the project cannot be started prior to April 15, 2024. After this date all work is to be completed as quickly as good construction practices allow. Bids received after the time set forth above will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or considered. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount and said bond shall become binding upon execution of the contract. The Twin Falls County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Written objections to drawings or bidding procedures must be received by Bob Beer at least one full business day before the date and time the bids are scheduled to be received.
