Crozet Water Treatment Plant Granular Activated Carbon(GAC) Expansion Question Deadline 07/30/2025 Contract Documents shall be communicated in writing to the A/E for interpretation. Bidders must so act to assure that questions reach the A/E at least six (6) calendar days prior to the time set for the receipt of bids to allow a sufficient time for an addendum to reach all bidders before the submission of their bids. Amount: 5-10M *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Crozet WTP at 4675 Three Notch'd Road, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22901 is constructing a new building/structure for a new Granular Activated Carbon Facility. In general, the work includes electrical work, building foundation and pre-engineered metal building, associated mechanical and electrical equipment, relocation of underground utilities, site work (grading, fencing, and driveway improvements), site piping (backwash supply, backwash waste, GAC effluent, and clearwell influent water main), installation of process equipment for additional GAC treatment, GAC contactors, intermediate services pipes, process piping, and construction of a new cast-in-place concrete clearwell structure.
