License Requirements B Liquidated Damages $3,500.00 per calendar day Start/Delivery Date October 16, 2023 Project Duration 300 Calendar Days This project is part of the ESSER III (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) Expenditure Plan under the American Rescue Plan Act. A DSA 93 Pre-Application meeting for this project summarized in the Meeting Minutes dated 8/24/22. Primary aspects of the DSA 93 meeting and ESSER III are noted below. The ESSER III funding requires that the construction must be completed before September 2024. A. Mechanical unit replacements: 1. Replacement of unit ventilators campus wide. 2. Replacement of package units campus wide. 3. Replacement of small air handlers on classroom winds and new package units. 4. Replace building 100, 200, & 300 VAV control boxes. 5. Replacement of split system in 200 IT room. 6. Replacement of VAV zone dampers. B. Plumbing: Demolition of piping systems indicated or required to be removed or modified associated with HVAC systems/units. Replacement of condensate drains from air conditioning and air handling units. Final connections to equipment provided in other sections of these specifications or indicated as furnished by owner and installed contractor. C. Mechanical: Demolition as indicated on drawings. All equipment as shown on drawings or as specified to be provided. System energy balance, HVAC controls and start-up and commissioning of all HVAC Systems. D. Electrical: Demolition as indicated on drawings. Complete system of branch circuit wiring, conduit and distribution equipment for receptacles and HVAC per plan. Furnish and install panelboards and convenience outlets, etc. as shown per plans. E. Fire Alarm: The fire alarm system is existing. Provide new intelligent reporting, microprocessor-controlled fire detection carbon monoxide detectors install as indicated per plan and specs.
