As of October 18,2023, project was awarded to Robert A. Treuner Masonry Co. Inc but awarded amount is not available. The intent and purpose of this Quick Quote is to establish a one time service contract with one (1) qualified contractor to provide all labor, travel, and materials necessary for the interior painting on the 2nd floor of building 110 HWDMC Contractor shall provide interior painting to 2 nd floor South Skilled Patient rooms to include all doors and frames. (See building drawing) Contractor shall provide interior painting to 2 nd floor North Skilled Patient rooms to include all doors and frames. (See building drawing) Contractor shall provide painting to the Nursing Station exterior plus hall and all door frames. (See building drawing) Contractor shall provide small repairs to the block walls where needed. Contractor shall move furniture before and after painting services leaving rooms left how they were originally found before painting services. Contractor shall provide one (1) coat of primer and one (1) coat of paint to designated areas. Paint shall match Sherwood Williams brand to match existing colors. Contractor shall make sure that all sections of the frames are painted on both sides. Contractor shall have a minimum ten (10) years experience painting in a hospital environment. Agency reserves the right to request proof of experiences. Damages to state property caused by contractor's negligence shall be repaired at no cost to the Agency. Due to the nature of the environment, all doors, gates, cabinets, enclosures, and vehicles shall be closed and locked if unattended. No tools and equipment shall be left unattended in patient areas, or any area where access is unregulated.
