The Board of Education, River Trails School District 26, 1900 East Kensington Rd, Mount Prospect, Illinois, 60056 will receive sealed bids for the 2024 Remodeling at Euclid Elementary School project. Prime trade packages for this project include: BP #1 - Sitework BP #5 - Fire Protection BP #2 - Masonry BP #6 - Plumbing BP #3 - General Trades BP #7 - HVAC BP #4 - Flooring & Tile BP #8 - Electrical A Performance and Payment Bond for the full amount of the contract will be required. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. Bidders are required to submit an electronic AIA 305-Contractors Qualification statement to Nicholas & Associates, Inc., prior to receiving bidding documents. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reject nonconforming bids, reject conditional bids, waive irregularities in the bidding procedures, or to accept any bid that, in its sole opinion, best serves the interests of the School District.
