Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of resurfacing approximately 1,925 square yards of asphalt surface at one (1) location. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following bid items: HMA surface removal 3.0, HMA leveling binder and surface course, aggregate base course and paint pavement markings. A bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Village, is required, unless otherwise stated in the bid package. The deposit must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a bank cashiers check. All bid performance deposit checks will be retained by the Village until the bid award is made, at which time the checks will be promptly returned to the unsuccessful bidders. No Pre-Bid Conference Available Final completion shall be no later than November 10, 2023 The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities, technicalities, and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village.
