Renovation of an educational facility in Pajaro, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Project consists of: Pressure washing buildings, using cleaner as appropriate. Cleaning all metal surfaces with appropriate cleaner/degreaser. Removing loose and peeling paint. Filling cracks and joints, caulking around all edges. Priming bare or new wood/metal. Properly protect all surroundings, i.e., exterior lights, security cameras, art murals, cars, windows, door hardware, etc. Painting all designated doors and frames inside and out. Painting all designated buildings and surfaces in accordance with the plans and specifications.
