The project aims to promote improved natural conveyance of water through the center of the river channel. The WORK occurs within the Santa Maria River in the unincorporated area of Santa Barbara County east of Guadalupe, California, adjacent to San Luis Obispo County line approximately 5000 feet west of Bonita School Road. The County encourages the participation of DBEs as defined in 49 CFR 26. You are encouraged to employ craftsmen and other workers from the local labor market whenever possible to do so. Local labor market is defined as the labor market within the geographical confines of the County of Santa Barbara, State of California.
