Canon Perdido Street, Santa Barbara, CA, 93101, and is described as follows: to repair top deck cracking via a bonded concrete overlay and structural steel retrofit. Existing carbon fiber strips on the top deck will be removed and replaced with a bonded concrete overlay. Underneath the top deck, a structural retrofit will be installed between bays to prevent future cracking on the top deck. Estimated Cost. The estimated construction cost is $319,000.
