DNR Parks and Recreation Division intends to hire a project team to fully execute a Design Build approach for upgrade of the Brimley State Park Campground and Day Use primary electric line and four campground transformers. Interested bidders shall include Phase 500 services necessary to document design and construction options for agency approval, final design for improvements for agency approval and LARA plan review approval, including associated LARA permits for construction along with Phase 700 services necessary to provide the installation of the designed equipment and construction administration. Primary electric system analysis and recommendation for upgrades including planning, design, permitting and contract document preparation including construction oversight. Electrical transformer upgrades as required by LARA. All new electric distribution conduit and conductors shall be directionally bored to minimize environmental impact and campsite restoration.
