Site work and paving for a civil project in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work for Contract will consist of: the contractor removing broken/deteriorating storm inlets to be replaced. The existing pipe must be reconnected. Asphalt paving restoration is required around each inlet. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bidders Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of Irwin Borough. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are applicable to these projects. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with Borough of Irwin. Irwin Borough Manager and Council reserves the right to reject any of all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
