For any bid/spec questions, please contact Adam Daniel, 256-612-4204 Email: adaniel@lawrenceal.org. o 2 -3ton mini split units to be installed in library at Moulton Middle School o 1 -2ton mini split unit to be installed in work room adjacent to library o The existing equipment serving this area is in attic and to remain for emergency situations o Contractor will need to make all wall penetrations to provide pathway for connections from inside unit to outside unit o Contractor will need to provide and install copper line sets with insulation o Contractor will need to provide and install communication cable ( TRAY CABLE WITH GROUND) o Contractor will need to provide and install drain pipe. The Lawrence County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any formality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive all formalization in bidding It is not the policy ofthe Lawrence County Board of Education to purchase on the basis oflow bid alone. Quality and suitability to purpose will also be controlling factors, with the further understanding that the purchaser reserves the right to determine such quality or suitability by whatever means may be determined. Contract for purchase will be put into effect by means ofpurchase order after tabulations are compiled. All proposals shall include the cost of transportation to the point of delivery as specified.
