The purpose of this contract is to provide all materials, labor, equipment, permits, and services necessary to replace, furnish, fabricate, install, and repair block, ornamental, and chain-link or any combination of fencing to Citywide departments on an as-needed basis to include new construction, repairs, and maintenance. The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for fence supply and service for a five-year period commencing on or about October 31, 2023, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.
