Installation of 3-phase underground primary, padmount transformers, concrete pads, and Town and Country lights. The project will consist of the following: Installation of 3 phase underground Primary with approximate total footage of 7,219' in conduit . This will be terminated on a 3 phase riser pole and 3 phase terminating cabinet. Installation of 9 padmount transformers with concrete pads. 24 primary elbow terminations. Install Transformer ground assemblies. 13 parking lot lights on 30' poles with secondary assembly Installation of 13 UV2 (handheld) assemblies Secondary lighting circuit as needed Questions regarding bids should be submitted to Chris Duncan, CPPB, via email at chris.duncan@lawrencevillega.org no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, September 19, 2023. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents. Surety and insurance companies must have an AM Best rating of A-5 or greater, be listed in the Federal Registry of Companies holding Certificate of Authority and acceptable sureties on Federal Bonds, be licensed by the Georgia Insurance Department and the Georgia Secretary of State to do business in the State of Georgia.
