Reference Number 0000255063 Purpose: The purpose of this NPP is to provide notice to prospective bidders, of the forthcoming RFP opportunity for Secondary Electrical and Hydro Vault Maintenance Services for Ottawa Community Housing Corporation (OCH). Project Description: OCH is seeking qualified providers who can offer their services to provide secondary electrical and hydro vault maintenance services, including corrective repairs, and to prequalify bidders for capital repairs. Commitment: OCH anticipates a three (3) year contract term, with three (3) one (1) year contract extensions at OCH's discretion.
