The Project includes the following Work per proposal: Furnish & Install 2 ADA Accessible exterior doors, replace windows, interior doors, flooring, a new ADA accessible restroom, minor carpentry & cabinetry, painting and relocate electrical and computer terminal locations. Bids are requested for the following Contract: North Bend Visitor's Information Center Remodel Anticipated substantial completion is by April 15, 2024. Bidders must prequalify with the Owner as specified in the Instructions to Bidders, five (5) days prior to Bid opening.
