Renovation of a library in North Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
**As of May 6, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** In general, the Project includes the removal and replacement of two pairs of automatic doors at the entry of the North Bend Library. The project is located at 1800 Sherman Avenue, North Bend, Oregon 97459. This project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Bidder shall submit a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Savings and Loan Secured Check, or irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a financial institution for ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount plus additive alternates. Asbestos work is not anticipated. If asbestos conditions are discovered by Contractor, Contractor shall immediately notify City. The City of North Bend may hold Bids for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from date bids are due for the purpose of reviewing bid documents and investigating qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding Contract. The City of North Bend reserves the right to reject any Bid for good cause upon finding that it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
