Site work for a water / sewer project in North Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work per proposal: Replacement of 1166 feet of 10" and 365 feet of 8" sanitary sewer, including service laterals, prepare and pave back trench with 658 tons of Level 2 HMAC. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Broadway Ave. Sewer Rehabilitation Project. Replacement of 1530 feet of sanitary sewer, partially in state highway. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Bid Bond 5% Project Estimate is 850,000 to $925,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PN - 2024-3 Question Deadline 06/12/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions submitted less than 5 days prior to the deadline for receipt of bids may not be answered. such questions are as follows: A.
