Questions concerning this project shall be submitted via email to Bill Hammer at whammer@hktarchitects.com Deadline for General bidder questions, due in writing shall be Monday, September 25, 2023, at 12:00 PM. Replacement of three (3) low slope roofs including replacement of one (1) existing copper skylight and three (3) roof hatches to match existing, repointing of deteriorated mortar joints, repair of deteriorated masonry at chimneys, clustered piers and elsewhere as shown on the Drawings, routing and sealing of cracks in brick masonry, removal and reinstallation of existing face brick and brownstone elements at parapet on round roof, application of clear penetrating sealer on all masonry, installation of new metal straps to secure clock-faces.
