As of November 16, 2023, project was awarded to Everlast Landscape Group, awarded amount is $1,479,323.89. City of Louisville (OH) - Metzger Park Baseball & Softball Fields The Project includes the following Work: Mobilization, clearing & grubbing, excavation, embankment, geotextile fabric, aggregate base (as per plan), rock channel with protection (Type C with filter), 18" conduit (Type D), 24" conduit (Type D), 30" conduit (Type D), fence, catch basin (No. 2-2B), placing stockpile topsoil, seeding & mulching, soil analysis test, repair seeding & mulching, inter-seeding, commercial fertilizer, lime, water, asphalt concrete surface course (type 1 (448)), underdrains, infield mix, pitcher's mound, bases, and erosion control. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to City of Louisville in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500.00 per day. the City of Louisville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
