Reference Number 0000329131 The primary work to be performed under this contract includes storm drainage and waterline improvements on 3rd Avenue between Sherman Street and Judson Street in Longmont, Colorado. Construction includes, but is not limited to: mobilization; traffic control; coordination with the property owners and businesses in project area, removal of pavements, concrete curb and gutter, old storm inlets and pipe, waterlines and abandoned utilities; installation of new pavement, sidewalk and curb and gutter; storm sewer, manhole, inlets, waterlines, valves and related items; striping; protecting public and private utilities, irrigation and landscaping repairs as needed; erosion control; and site cleanup as required in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall supply all superintendence, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Minimum Qualifications: Contractor must have completed at least three (3) projects of similar scope and complexity for both storm drain improvements and waterline improvements within the last 5 years.
