Replace Exterior Doors Adding Access Switches Project: Installing handicap automatic openers on four doors Sub Bid Divisions: GC The project consists of removing exterior storm and main doors, adding new doors with code compliant electrically operated doors The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Install automatic door openers on four doors. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: 1. Provide original contractor's written one year written warranty for all materials and labor to make any and all repairs and replacement on the project. 2. Any other warranties stipulated elsewhere in the bidding documents. 3. Manufactures original warranties to be provided to the LHA
