Renovation of a transportation facility in Lakewood, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Scope of Work: Installation of ballistic film to include glass surface cleaning and preparation and structural sealant at Pierce Transit Buildings 4, 5 and the Tacoma Dome Station Customer Service Center. A municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96 th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Bid proposals are being solicited from bidders to furnish labor, equipment and materials to complete the Shatter Proof Films at Buildings 4, 5 & TDS project. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid. The Engineers Estimate is $52,000 to $64,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Pierce Transit reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of Pierce Transit.
