Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nyack, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work for the project may include the leveling and paving of the Nyack Marina parking lot, including limited milling of keys at the project limits, pothole repairs and pavement markings and striping. The limits will be marked in the field. The total scope of work for the major items for the Base Bid for this project includes the 225 SY milling, variable depth, leveling, paving, 2 inch thick top course, 7900 SY and pavements markings and striping and other associated work as needed for a complete, in place project. Traffic control will be performed by Village staff. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, or bid bond executed by a surety company, in the amount of not less than (10) percent of the total amount of the proposal, conditioned that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will enter into a contract for the work and that he will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the Contract. available after August 28, 2023 The Village also reserves the right to reject any proposal that is informal, or waive any informality in the bidding document
