The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractor(s) to perform facility-wide building maintenance, repair and other general construction services, which may include new construction & installation, maintenance, renovation and repair services, or emergency services calls for repairs on an as-needed basis for the facility building maintenance and properties located throughout Louisville. The solicitation will be posted electronically The overall objective is for TARC to select a Contractor(s) for facility-wide building maintenance, repair and other general construction services with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) as described in Section 3 Scope of Work and Services. TARC intends to execute an agreement with the most qualified Contractor(s) that present an economically viable proposal. To that end, TARC supports and encourages the formation of teams that maximize the qualifications of the proposers in all aspects. The composition of the proposers' team or team configuration shall be clearly defined and stated within the proposal. The Contractor(s) shall be selected according to the Best Value as determined by an Evaluation and Selection Committee A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for TBD at Transit Authority of River City (TARC) Administration Offices located in the Union Station 1000 W. Broadway, Louisville, KY 40203. All Contractor(s) are highly encouraged to attend; however, your attendance is not mandatory Question Deadline 09/13/2023 at 12:00 PM ET. TARC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or extend the date and time for submitting proposals at any time. Such occurrences will be posted in writing on TARC Bonfire Portal. TARC reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any or all informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, to investigate the qualifications and experience of any Contractor(s), to reject any provisions in any Proposals, to modify solicitation contents, to obtain new Proposals, and to negotiate the requested services and contract terms with any Contractor(s). TARC seeks and intends to award a single or multi-vendor award contract for a term of 2 Years with an option to exercise three (3) one-year extensions for a total of 5 Years to the highly qualified Contractor(s) and best value proposal.
