The contractor shall provide all labor materials, and equipment required to operate and inspect Type VI wastewater plant and to pump and service the grease trap annually at U.S.C.G. Sector Field Office, 2301 E. Fort Macon Rd, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. All quotes must be submitted by 1000 Eastern Time on Sep 06, 2023. All quotes must be submitted via email to Tami.N.Crooks@uscg.mil . Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 221320. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Refer to Section L, 52.237-27, for site visit information. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. All work shall be conducted in accordance with the contract and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, regulation, codes, and/or directives. The contracted operator shall prepare and provide required monitoring reports as specified. Additionally, provided under this requirement is the service to inspect and pump out the septic system at Station Emerald Isle also, to provide a 55-gallon plastic container at both Stations Emerald Isle and Station Hobucken for their used cooking oils/grease. This service contract shall consist of one Base year and 4 Option Years. Base year October 1 2023-September 30 2024. Option year 2 October 1 2024-September 30 2025. Option year 3 October 1 2025-September 2026. Option year 4 October 1 2026-September 2027.
