The South Western Oklahoma Development Authority will be accepting bids for central air conditioning and heating system replacements and zoning system improvements. Option 1: HVAC units Currently, SWODA has three (3) existing 5-ton Rheem gas package HVAC rooftop units on the west side of our Administration building at 420 Sooner Drive in Burns Flat. We need those existing three units removed and replaced with similar specification package units complete with all required operational components. Option 2: Zoning for Finance Area The HVAC in this area is being replaced as one of the units in option 1. There are 4 offices and one mechanical room located in this area. All rooms have returns and exchanges and there is one exchange in the vestibule. We would like each office in the area to have its own thermostat and zone. One of the four office zones can also control the mechanical room and another zone control the vestibule. Option 3: Zoning for 911/Substance Use Area The HVAC for this area was installed in 2019 and is a split unit above the ceiling and on the roof. There are 6 office spaces in this area. We would like to maximize the number of zones for this area with 5 or 6 thermostats and zones if possible. Option 4: Thermostat replacements for existing zones Programmable thermostats on existing zones that were installed in 2007 throughout the building have started failing in recent years. We have 17 Honeywell XXXX thermostats covering zones throughout the building that we would like to replace with newer programable thermostats. **SWODA may select any combination of options. Contractors do not have to provide all options but should quote pricing detailed by option number. SWODA would prefer to utilize one contractor for Options 1 and 2.
