As of December 4, 2024, per addendum 2: Item 1: Second Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting- A second mandatory pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for this project. The date/ time for this meeting will be 05 DEC 2024 at 1:00 PM. The location will be 121 First Street, Burns Flat, OK 73624. Item 2: Change to the Date for Bid Opening- The date for Bid Opening has been revised. The new date for bid opening will be Thursday, 19 DEC 2024. The time (2:00 PM CST) remains unchanged. Repair and Upgrade of Existing Freshwater/Wastewater Systems Burns Flat, Oklahoma We propose to complete this work within three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed/WORK ORDER. If the bid exceeds $100,000, a cashier's check, a certified check or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. The certified or cashier's check must be delivered to the Owner's (Construction and Properties) Offices prior to the Bid Opening; other bid securities may be uploaded during the completion of online electronic bidding. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded.
