The attention of bidders is called particularly to the requirements for conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended, Certification of non-Segregated Facilities, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Executive Order 11246, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and State of Louisiana and bonding and insurance requirements. Best's Key Rating Guide or by an insurance company that is either domiciled in Louisiana or owned by Louisiana residents and is Licensed to write surety bonds.
