Reference Number 0000329133 Provide architectural and engineering professional design services for a new municipal building serving as the City's Police Substation, as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected Respondent is expected to provide pre-design, design, and construction observation services, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (Services).
