Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Commerce City, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
Period Of Performance: 09/01/2023 to 09/11/2023 Vendor question cut-off: 08/18/2023 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday,08:00 am to 4:30 pm except on Federal Holidays. This statement of work defines the work required at National Eagle and Wildlife Property Repository (NEWPR) facility located at 6550 Gateway Road, Bldg. 128 Commerce City, CO. 80022. NEWPR maintains an on-site crematory to handle the 10.6 tons of unserviceable eagle and animal property remains generated each year. The Crawford Animal Machine CB400 cremation system, originally installed in 2005, has an ageing floor that has been patched once in March of 2023. NEWPR will need the floor replace from air lines down to bottom of chamber within the CB400 cremation system back to industry standards. Will ensure the new floor is installed properly through at least one burn cycle/test cremation.
