The City intends to execute a contract with an anticipated notice to proceed date of July 21, 2025, with the selected Respondent ("Consultant") on a non-exclusive basis for a term that encompasses the length of time the Services are anticipated to require, subject to annual appropriation. The Construction Phase Services shall include the furnishing of all construction administration, management, supervision and coordination experience and expertise, as well as all construction services, work effort, labor, tools, supplies, manufactured components, The Respondent will prepare and deliver the following: A complete construction document design, permit submission and tracking, and construction services to provide a complete project within a not to exceed cost. Respondent is expected to have design build manager at all design meetings (weekly) to ensure the design / budget is being maximized to meet City expectations within not to exceed price. Respondent is also expected to assist the city in maintaining operations of the golf course during construction. The Respondent will perform Design/Build Construction Services to assist the City in achieving a fully functional expansion and remodel of the existing building by - creating design construction documents, and performing construction services for the Expansion of Buffalo Run Golf Course.
