Reference Number 0000328641 The City of Clovis is requesting design-build proposals for, planning, design, construction, and equipping of a fully functional recording studio in the Norman & Vi Petty Rock n Roll Museum. The industry standard studio will also incorporate several pieces of analog equipment that are currently the tangible property under the museum's ownership and care. The following of services is presented for consideration and development of proposals. Some elements identified below may be eliminated or modified for this particular project. Final elements will be determined following selection of the consultant. The cost to prepare the proposal and travel to project interviews shall be the full responsibility of the proposer. The overall budget for development of the recording studio, including all design, construction costs and equipment, has been set at $400,000.00.
