Renovation of a water / sewer project in Daly City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work includes the removal and replacement of existing modified bituminous roofing and exterior concrete wall repairs on the Operations Building, and seismic strengthening to the roof structure at the Operations Building Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cash, certified or cashiers check payable to City of Daly City, in an amount not less than 10% of the aggregate bid A valid Class A license or other combination of any Class C licenses that constitutes a majority of the contract work must be in the possession of the successful bidder at the time the bid is submitted. The time limit for the completion of work is six months. The first day of this time period will be no later than the 28th calendar day after the contract award.
