Sealed Bids for the construction of: Upper Huff Creek Waterline Extension Project Contract No. 1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 26,400 linear feet of 8-inch and smaller diameter water main, one 100 gallons per minute booster station, one 40 gallons per minute booster station, fire hydrants, valves, individual customer services and other related appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
