Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Flintstone, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies required for the replacement of the garage doors on the North-East side of the Administration Building located at the Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery, 14205 Pleasant Valley Road, Flintstone, MD 21530 The work to be accomplished under this contract shall be complete removal and disposal of three (3) Overhead doors, framing, rails and related hardware. The installation shall include three (3) new insulated doors, framing, rails and related hardware for both manual chain and electrical operation. Each door should have one row of fixed insulated window-panes in the door panels at a height between 5' and 6' for sight to both sides of door. Each door shall have installed, and not limited to, an electrical power source and electric door opener, fully operational upon completion of project pursuant to the entire Scope of Work and Manufacturers Specifications. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, 14-50114-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and that are certified by GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract.
