Pricing Lump sum Develop Strategy for Implementing EV Charging Stations at Various Sites in ATL.-Outline the requirements and expectations for the Feasibility for Base Building (BB) EV Ready installation in existing buildings and facilities, which is meant to render the facilities EVCS ready for a future “plug and play” installation of the EV Charging Stations (design/installation of EVCS themselves is not part of this mandate) up to and including the electrical rough-in and full readiness of parking spaces designated for future EVCS from the electrical, civil, architectural, structural and accessibility perspectives. -The mandate will determine and prepare the optimal location of Electric Vehicle Charging Systems (EVCSs) and supporting connection ports without including the EVCSs themselves as a deliverable in the construction services outlined in the plans and specifications. -The mandate will determine the capability of the site to support the EVCS installations in terms of available power, existing panels, transformers or addition of new ones, etc.-Should the available power not be sufficient and too expensive/impossible to increase, the study should consider alternate solutions, such as batteries, etc. and other innovative approached.
