Reference Number 0000255240 a) Quantity are an annual estimated amount. TTC reserves the right to increase or decrease quantity based on operational requirements. b) Parts list is current and historical usage. TTC reserves the right to add or delete lines in the parts list. c) Pricing of the units is measured as per "UOM" indicated in the price schedule. TTC reserves the right to correct mathematical inconsistencies d) Pricing shall be fixed at two (2) years, to include all shipping and or freight charges and before the optional extension terms, TTC shall negotiate acceptable pricing. e) Bidder must submit 75 out of 81 items to be considered compliant for Bid evaluation. If item (s) have been discontinued by the manufacturer, an alternative part may be recommended with pricing, however, the item shall not be used for evaluation purposes. TTC reserves the right to award all or any portion of the Work to one or more Bidders at the Bid prices The Term of the contract shall be for a two (2) year period, with an optional four (4) years extension; at the sole discretion of the TTC, subject to acceptable price negotiations and satisfactory Company Work performance. In the event the TTC exercises its right to extend the Contract, a written notice will be provided to the Company before the Contract expiry date.
