The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to provide inspection, maintenance ,repair, troubleshooting, and emergency repair services for the CNG fueling station located in the city yard. The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is Thursday, September 7, 2023, prior to 2:00 pm. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start 9/11/2023. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to end 6/30/2024. Work orders of products or services will be placed in writing by Dan Adema, Fleet superintendent ((626) 744-4327; dadema@cityofpasadena.net). Any work orders made through any other methods or by any other individuals may be accepted. Contractor shall provide factory warranties on all materials furnished against defects in materials and/or workmanship. The factory warranty shall become effective on the date of delivery and acceptance by the City. Should any defect in materials or workmanship appear during the warranty period, the Contractor shall repair or replace the same at no cost to the City. Provide all inspections, scheduled maintenance, and unscheduled emergency repair services as outlined in the Atlas Copco lntermech BBR and Greenfield/Sulzer CU "Maintenance and Instruction Manual" for both Compressors and all CNG related equipment located at the City of Pasadena yard. The successful bidder is responsible for obtaining its own copy of the manuals from both companies.
