Renovation of an educational facility in Pasadena, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of November 22, 2023, project was awarded to NIC Partners but awarded amount is not available.** The Pasadena Unified School District (hereinafter "District") is requesting a qualified vendor to remove outdated cameras and replace them with modern IP security cameras. A vendor is to install Security Cameras with characteristics and capabilities which meet or exceed the District functional and technical requirements set forth within this document. The district wishes to provide a safe environment for the employees, visitors and persons served. The District is seeking to replace a collection of old, stand alone, disparate proprietary security cameras with a single unified modern system. The security cameras to be replaced in this first phase are considered "Hot Spots" for PHS and John Muir High School. The upgraded cameras video management solution must be cloud based and connect to the existing POE cable. The District prefers fixed cameras but is open to other camera options. The vendor shall include in their proposal all equipment components, materials, labor, and services to provide and install the upgraded cameras. Vendors are responsible for the equipment needed to access the camera locations such are ladders, manlifts, etc. All outdoor items for cameras like boxes, power supply, media converters shall be liquid tight and dust proof housing.
