Reference Number 0000255135 Question Deadline 09/08/2023 at 12:00 PM CT The work in this Tender is a part of the Province’s flood recovery efforts and mainly consists of the repair of flood damages on the Floodway Perimeter Drain, vicinity of Winnipeg, MB. At the direction of Manitoba the Contractor shall excavate the drain to design grades, spread excavated material on adjacent agriculture land, and seed and straw mulch the excavated drain. The Work is fully detailed in the reference documents on the following page of this Tender. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Working Days Will Be Assessed by Manitoba Starting Seven Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work Drain Excavation; Trimming; Spreading Material Onto Adjacent Fields; Seeding and Straw Mulch. Liquidated Damages The Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Forty (40) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed.
