Contract 1 - Rehabilitation of Well No. 8 (Lincoln Drive) Each Bidder is Required to File With His or Her Bid Either a Cashier's Check Drawn On an Alabama Bank or a Bid Bond Executed by a Surety Company Duly Authorized and Qualified to Make Such Bonds in The State of Alabama, Payable to the Water Works and Sewer Board of the City of Selma for an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds and Evidence of Insurance as Required in the Bid Documents Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities, or reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.
