Site work for an educational facility in Selma, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
New Fencing Project for Wallace Community College Selma Demopolis, Alabama Work includes, but is not limited to, sitework, selective demolition/excavation, masonry and fencing. The project consists of new decorative Fencing, Gates and masonry pilasters as indicated on contract documents dated 29 October 2024. In addition, new black vinyl chain link fencing as indicated to replace existing galvanized fencing. A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to Wallace Community College in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder’s proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
